Or it could be that the Democrats are so unpopular that a billion dollars can't win them an election. No, you're right, it's because of Russia the Democrats failed to communicate their platform effectively.
It's both. The Democrats are incompetent, but it's also true that Russia used their vast propaganda network to influence the election. This isn't exactly some secret.
Anyone who had a problem with genocide must be a russian. That's the only possible explanation.
