I would do Charlie as Link, The Waitress as Zelda, Dennis as Ganondorf, Artemis as the Great Fairies, Frank as the Gorons and various other goons and goblins. The McPoyles would have to run lon lon ranch, cricket would be a redead, Jack would be a dead hand and I guess dee would be the cuccos or a rito or something.
Charlie’s musicality and childlike innocence makes him the only link that makes sense to me.
If you have Mac as Navi in your fan casting, I totally abandon mine because this is so much better than mine.
