The threadiverse is small (compared to other major platforms) and I often see usernames that I recognize. How well do we notice each other around here?

I hate that I instantly knew who you were talking about the moment you said boomer memes.

I color my own tags based on an escalating system of good/bad impressions - so someone who posted questionable opinions or insulted other commenters once or twice gets a dull gray, a repeat offender gets bumped up to yellow, and someone who's shown a long-term pattern of toxic behavior gets the dreaded red tag. I save blocks for people who contribute absolutely nothing positive to the Fediverse - I think I have a few hundred tagged users but less than a dozen blocks.

Similarly, good posters go from white to blue to green, though since Voyager keeps track of and displays lifetime vote totals I only tend to tag the truly memorable posters.
