Also in Buddhism desire is a primary source of suffering.

According to Taoism, the highest wisdom lies in aligning with the Tao: the natural, spontaneous way of the universe; rather than imposing one’s will upon it.

So life is not what I desired it to be, but I am trying to stop wanting it otherwise.
