for example
the difference between
"I ate a bunch of fruit today"
and
"A bunch of fruit was consumed by me today"
Yeah but then you say a bunch of racist authoritarian shit and try to shrug it off as sarcasm when the crowd turns against you. You're not allowed to decide you were joking after the fact.

I said if you stand against marking things with /s then you're promoting the ability say horrible shit without consequences. No matter how outlandish, how stupid, how absurd you think a statement is: that is somebody's real opinion.
