You could just sleep with the window open, rather than having the cat jump on your belly at 3am waking you up and scaring the hell out of you.
I don't live in a climate that supports that. My cat can come and go as she pleases. My other cat won't come in at night because it's not his territory.
Yeah, getting a good air quality monitor has made me understand the value of open windows. The co2 levels are so much higher with the windows closed
My window faces a busy road. Air quality is definitely way better with the window closed.
If you have a purifier, otherwhise it's the same no?
Dust can settle and gasses can condense on their way to their apartment if it doesn't have an easy way in.
why not both? both is good.
