LLMs are a funny thing, cause the "smarter" they get, the better they get at sounding smart, even if what they're saying is disjointed and poorly explained. Sometimes I have moments with code assistance where I'm like, "Am I not following this because what they're saying is beyond my skill level or because they're full of shit?" Lol.
I'm sure it can be either because I have had moments where I knew enough to tell that the LLM dramatically overthought the problem and missed something simple.
Sometimes I just take what the LLM spits out and put it through in a blank convo to make it check itself without any of the previous context.
