I would say JSON Bourne but every member within the curlys needs to be a key value pair, so this isn't JSON.

Technically an empty array [] is valid JSON...so...

Proof:

["🙂"] and [] and "🙂" are valid, but anything within {} needs to be a key value pair.

I genuinely saw [] and not {}...

Maybe I do need to schedule that eye exam.
