it already had cream cheese in it. The first mistake was made at the grocery store.
You don't have to like a Philly roll but it's pretty much the same thing as a bagel with lox and shmear so don't talk like it's an unheard of abomination.
I don't put ranch dressing on a bagel either. ;-)
Nor do I, but salmon+cream cheese+starchy base is a widely accepted format and it's the cream cheese being attacked here.
Oh I thought it was the ranch dressing.
I love cream-cheese in sushi actually.
I don't approve of a bagel with lox as sushi either :)
