As someone hard of hearing with an auditory processing disorder that is my main temptation. My hearing aids work too well for me to spend the money at the moment though

Some practical points if it helps:

Transcription is about 93% accurate or so, maybe a bit less when we have dinner in a noisy restaurant.

I didn’t notice they were techno-glasses until about 90 minutes into the first time hanging, but that’s probably just me being inattentive haha. Homie has had cochlear implants & already navigates the hearing world fairly well.

Still prefers subtitles or closed captions.
