Lord Buckethead and Count Binface are one and the same person, the actor had to stop using "Lord Buckethead" for IP reasons.
They weren't, then they were, then they weren't again.

In an interview, Harvey said it was Buckethead in SpaceBalls, the film, that was the issue

Gremloids is the British name of Hyperspace
They’re different people now. Indeed, Buckethead and Binface ran against each other in 2019 in Uxbridge.
Probably because Buckethead is an excellent guitarist and knew his name would provide an unfair advantage.
