Technically you can get equally sick from both
just use a dental dam. Or clingfilm
Nah get sick don't try and avoid it.
That's why you wipe it damn clean, or use a dental dam (especially recommended it you get easily sick). And also don't do it if you partner recently had a food poisoning.
