With the current health administration, pretty much. But no the reason this article is aimed at Taco Bell is strange, because even in the article they state that people who didn't eat at Taco Bell have contracted it, and many are stating that this seems to be stemming from salad mixes. So it would make sense if taco bell gets its lettuce and what not in bags, one of their sources may be the same as wherever else.

Mant illnesses like this usually come from lettuce because we don't cook it. Dunking it under cold water for a second (like I and most others do) won't do shit to clean the bacteria all the way off. Like people always worry about salmonella from chicken, but that comes via lettuce as well. The only way you'd be able to stop that would be indoor growing of all our food really.
