If you'd read the article, it says for persons with dual-citizenship. So the citizenship that is supposed to be revoked is acquired in addition to the "original" one.

There's no "un-personing" as you've dramatically put it.

If you support the terrorists, you have no place in the EU, and should reside in the country of your main citizenship.
