Israel already has everyone's data, for a long time and share what they want with any of the five eyes, Europe in general. So it's probably safe to say all Western states have each other's citizens data, plus a few states, if expedient toward US objectives.

The 1000 Chinese IPs trying to get into my router every hour aren't doing it just so you could ignore them
