Boners can be painful?
Painful Boners is also the name of my punk band.
Forget painful boners, the first listed adverse "event" is cancer. I'm just gonna get my farmers tan naturally thank you
For sure! You can only handle being so hard and for so long.
If a boner lasts for too long it can actually cause oxygen deprivation and necrosis of the tissue. You dick dies and falls off. If you had a boner for hours and suddenly feel no pain, it's too late, the nerves already died and the boner not only is not going away. Unless you get a surgery immediately, you can die from sepsis. So, yeah, boners can be painful.

Emotionally painful, for sure. I can't count the number of times I had to look down sadly and tell mine there wasn't much we could do about that at the moment until the poor guy just gave up and stopped asking.
