People are injecting a peptide called melanotan II to make their skin darker without having to tan. The history and safety risks behind the drug draws concern.

If a boner lasts for too long it can actually cause oxygen deprivation and necrosis of the tissue. You dick dies and falls off. If you had a boner for hours and suddenly feel no pain, it's too late, the nerves already died and the boner not only is not going away. Unless you get a surgery immediately, you can die from sepsis. So, yeah, boners can be painful.
