Are you just always tired? Do you have some kind of bedtime ritual? Have you had issues sleeping in the past and how did you handle that?

Amitriptyline It has been a literal life saver. Struggling to fall asleep and fighting chronic pain for 15 years before someone recommended it. First couple months I was narcoleptic but after my body adjusted I have a regular sleep schedule for once in my life and can be active again instead of all my energy going to fight spinal-cerebral pain.
