This is a Dengist community in favor of Bashar al-Assad with no information that can lead to the arrest of Hillary Clinton, our fellow liberal and queen. This community is not ironic. We are Marxists-Leninists.
See this GitHub page for a collection of sources about socialism, imperialism, and other relevant topics.
This community is for posts about Marxism and geopolitics (including shitposts to some extent). Serious posts can be posted here or in /c/GenZhou. Reactionary or ultra-leftist cringe posts belong in /c/shitreactionariessay or /c/shitultrassay respectively.
We have a Matrix homeserver and a Matrix space. See this thread for more information. If you believe the server may be down, check the status on status.elara.ws.

5 hours of sleep. 4 espressos drunk. 3 minutes left to live. 2 times the blood pressure. 1 chance to atomize the national bourgeoisie.
Do not expect any posts from me tommorow, I already feel like I'm getting heart palpitations.
Please get lots of sleep tonight, if you can.
Also, just in case, if you are taking Melatonin, Benadryl, and Valerian root regularly, it may be time to start tapering and wean off of it since it can go beyond just grogginess during the day and dependency later.
Box-breathing does the trick for me when stuff like this happens, especially with the dark mood-drops during the day.
Also, definitely try to cut screen usage; screen usage leads to screen fatigue which leads to over-stimulation over time.
Erm, hope that helps in any way.
Thanks for the concern comrade. It just so happens I was coming home from vacation today (by car) and drunk 4x the amount of coffee I normally drink (4 times 0 is still 0, but I'll say it's 1 coffee a day for maths sake). I don't think it'll be too hard to fall asleep tonight, given the 7 hour drive and all. Caffeine generally doesn't affect my ability (or lack thereof) to fall asleep. I don't take anything for sleep, if you are wondering. Given I am properly home now (and don't have to wake up at 9 am) I should be able to get plenty of sleep (though from experience just getting that sleep doesn't mean I'll feel well rested in the slightest.)
Will try to implement the advice too.
Box-breathing is a godsend.
There is also PLB or Pursed Lip Breathing.
Better to be safe rather than sorry.
You don't want your nervous system being overloaded to be a daily occurrence (like it sort of it with me during almost every morning now for some reason).
Just a couple of these practices a day is good.

Might help too.
