Where there are people, drama always appear. No matter size or target audience
Yes, the only difference is that on bigger places that the drama has bigger chances of getting diluted and not hearing about it.
Or the drama becomes so large that it ruins someone’s life.
I usually blame that on bullies being safely more anonymous than their victims, but yeah you're right, that's one of the nastiest possibilities.
