I was with you the first 4 paragraphs. But than the Him and merciful stuff started and you lost me.
That is part of why I personally can't get on board with any religion. In one way or the other, it always gets snuck in and subtly trying to convert you.
Yes, for the open conversation. Yes to the fact there is no middle ground anymore and everything is extreme. Yes this whole gym thing is ridiculous.
But no to the Middle Eastern carpenter's sacrifice, eternal life and a new earth.

I really appreciate it man. See? We disagree, and that's fine, I bet we can also go out for a beer together and dig deeper into this, and into how we're royally messed up in terms of our privacy in the internet and every other aspect of our lives. Thank you. I also respect your beliefs.
