I feel like to count it for a flop you have to account for total produced units as well as the sales. For example if a company produces 100,000 units and sells 99,000 of them those are solid numbers, but if a company produces 400,000 units and only sold 200,000 of those units that honestly a pretty shit sell rate even if they technically sold more.
For sure I think that matters. Total investment cost in developing it and manufacturing facilities as well too. At least the Ioniq 6 sells well elsewhere. It's more of a US flop, but I doubt they are thinking beyond their borders when it comes to worst automotive flop ever.
