After an embarrassing defeat in the latest election, The Nationals David Littleproud, announced earlier today they will not be entering into the coalition agreement with the Liberal Party for the first time since 1980.

You think that if the libs and nats collectively have a majority, they won’t reform the coalition?

Yeah. Even if they don't get back together (an event I doubt will occur...whether it's in the next couple of months, just before the next election, or before the 2031 election), if their combined parties have a majority, we're guaranteed to see a supply & confidence agreement to form a Gillard-era-style minority government at the very least.
