No game, but a universal game integration machine: play gta in the city you built in skylines. switch to either forza or nfs for the racing and have your character use tekken style combos for fistfights. all shops and services ingame are either idlers or self manageable via a sim game.
Years ago I thought of a Civilization, Sim City and Transport Tycoon mix. You choose the level you play and the other levels are played by other players.
And another game I thought was a ship with all the crew and you are only one person in the crew. You can ask for any position but if there's already someone playing on that position you have to choose another or challenge that player.
