Finished Splatoon Raiders! Well, at least saw the credits.

I was wrong about the map again, there was one more map reveal before we got to the final level. Not to mention that the final level wasn't a single level, it had it's own mini-world map with a few levels, which got lengthier and more difficult as we reach closer to the final boss. Finally cleared all that though! There are a few post-game dungeons, and they say you'll get something if you complete all of them, so at least there is one more story moment.

Levels have "normal" mode, and during the game you unlock "hard" mode for completed dungeons, which give you different rewards. After finishing the game, "Very hard" mode is also unlocked for all levels.

Not sure if I'll do the very hard versions, but at least going to clear main post-game dungeons. I am a bit underleveld for that, so clearing the unfinished hard levels. This also gives me the chance to upgrade my last tank (Tactics!) completely, as well as raise my bonding level with last member (Shiver!) to max.

Overall opinion, the game is a lot of fun. The gameplay loop doesn't change from the start (there is a constant progression though, regularly unlocking new stuff), so if you don't like it, you don't need to keep playing, the game is probably not for you.

Played a bit of Hogwarts Legacy. No significant update here. Didn't play Final Fantasy XII - The Zodiac Age or Fire Emblem Three Houses as I wanted to focus on Splatoon Raiders.

What about all of you? What have you been playing and/or plan to play?

lol, I like being OP, maybe I should add it back to my wishlist.

It's fairly easy to get OP in OT2.

Game is very open and rewards exploration, you can grind enemies 10 levels higher if you're careful (treat them like mini-bosses), and it's not hard to reach cities with higher-level gear early (and money is plentiful if you keep stealing stuff from NPCs). Also has many easy-to-reach chests in higher level dungeons with good gear.

Late game you also have this trick I showed in the video - an expensive tohire NPC that can get you 100x EXP or 100x JP bonuses if you're lucky, but you can ensure you get max value with some save scumming. Gear matter fare more than levels in this game, so this feels like a bonus the developers threw in case you need to catch-up some characters or just want to power-level a bit.
