Interesting - you have a source for that? EV's are famously easy to produce so if Mexico can't make their own it's pretty bad look.
Here you go. The fact is we don't have the capability to build this car 100% in this country. We don't make batteries or hundreds of the other components that go into making a car, much less an electric one. At best we can assemble it here... At best.
What we have here is another promise from this government that has doubled the national debt in 7 years. And like everything else Morena touches, it will fail.
Yeah basically. That's why it's kinda funny they act like they designed it. I mean I'm sure they lowered the safety requirements and made some changes l changes but I'd a kei truck.
They are cool though, I'd love to have one for a second or third car for utility stuff.
