Yes. If you don't experience that, I'm thrilled for you!
I'm currently off sick and despite having formal diagnosis for both ADHD and Autism, and having assessments done by primary care and occupational therapists, I still get told it's a skill issue.
Funny how before the diagnosis it was "just work less!" Now that I am asking for accommodations like meeting agendas and minutes I'm just not organized enough.
