That is awesome, anyone can train an AI model and use copyrighted materials. So this is the end of IP laws?
Copyright is conveniently only flexible for multibillion dollar AI firms.
Of course… But it might be fun to test the theory.
Next time they send a cease and desist letter to some website hosting copyrighted content the website should just say they're using the content to train AI models.
Good effort. You have been deemed a threat to 'National Security'! Only the biggest ai firms get to do that.
