Sega should sue them for intellectual property violation, given that the MAGA-ized logo still has the SEGA shout.

Sega never goes after their fans for their fangames, but they could bring the whole "Genesis does what Nintendon't" full circle and attempt to sue the Trump admin...
Though given Sega's dogshit legal skills with regards to Archie and Ken Penders, they might as well just ignore it.
Ken Penders didn't actually win the lawsuit, they settled out of court, he won publishing rights to some of the Archie Comics. He does not actually own Scourge The Hedgehog, Sally Acorn, or any other Sonic character, the reason Sega doesn't use those characters is because Sega doesn't want them used.
This would also open the gates to hit fans if it diff actually work
