I haven't seen the movie yet, but I can already tell she's the monster.
With those completely dead eyes and that humanesque make-up style that you see on hell-fled demons trying to fit into normal human civilization; it's even trying to build a nest by luring in that unsuspecting man into its den with her spawn in that crib (probably to feed it when it hatches). It's already scaring the shit out of me.
