Is from 1983 If I recall correctly. From an argentinian TV show called "No toca botón" (don'ttouch the button), the guy played a sleazy umbanda pae that did barely believable miracles for a guy whose daughter was having bad luck with men cause it always turn out to be gay and sometimes die even. At the end frustrated by her bad luck he tries to fix it himself and the father catches them on it and separates them and there he dropped the meme. This bit in different variations happened always like that. The show was very popular and a whole generation of the 80s and 90s grew up with this comedian catchphrases.
