Off the top of my head:

Two of my guitars
Living room table
The steak knives (our cutlery in general is somewhat new, but the steak knives are ~30 years old)
I'm sure I have misc cables older than 20 years. Network, serial, IEC, etc. And yes, I use serial cables often.
Our kitchen stove is around 20 y.o., but the kitchen is next up on the renovation agenda, so it won't be that much longer
Does my GF count?
I have some really old clothes that I still wear. One example is the Soilwork band shirt, bought at a concert when they were touring for their newest album "Natural Born Chaos"
A guitar pedal with a 60s style distortion (the pedal is from the 90s, though)
We live in an old house, so many of the lamps are pretty old too.
My basement toiled was installed in the 80s
