Any company that issues its employees credit cards with six figure limits will have no issue reversing the charges trying to sue Google.
I assumed it was his own company

If they have a Workspace account for the entire business, they could be big enough to be in the "Google actually cares because they bring in $$$" category and will drop the charge.
