Yup.

Texas (and oddly, Ken Paxton) are currently suing five TV manufacturers for this. If anyone's interested I made a video about it on my channel.

A month ago I applied to four different servers and got no response, and the counterpart to my Mastodon instance has registrations closed.

I've tried, but if you know a good one that is actually taking new creators, feel free to let me know and I'll give it another go. I'm definitely not averse to bridging my content.
