The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) has deployed all of its standing army infantry and armoured brigades to Gaza, local media reported on Saturday.

It comes as Israel intensifies its major offensive in the strip. Earlier, the military said it struck more than 100 targets in a timespan of 24 hours, claiming they were targeting infrastructure used by Hamas.

Lebanon, Syria, and Jordan: it's free real estate

I'm joking of course. Out of those three, probably only Syria might take advantage of the situation, and only to reclaim the occupied parts of their territory. But there would be such schadenfreude to see Israel get caught with their pants down by overextending and leaving their other borders unprotected. I've played enough games like Civilization to have learned that lesson.
