You don't need high tech, spray paint on the sensors will blind these. Shoot some rock salt into the cameras, hose them down with water.

It'll work until they fit them with guns in the wild. I'm aware that someone has already done this but those aren't built at scale and haven't been sold to anyone yet. Afaia.
