Fake. Look at the shadow of the wall on the top part of the picture. If this was real, the shadow wouldn't be angled down, as the main one would suggest the sun is directly above.

The car shadows are straight down, too.
The shadow you're referring too could be foliage hanging out over the top of the wall, or trees behind the wall, but hanging over the wall.
Sometimes things really do happen outside in the real world.
Unless that wall is pretty crumbly, I’d guess there’s a tree above it. And if it’s midday, I think the photo is plausible
It's an awning, not a wall.
Other side of the street...
Don't think that's the wall's shadow, more like trees or bushes or something out of view. The shadow doesn't look anything like a wall.
