I think it's related to the DSA sub-faction of the Democrats in Amerika. Zohran Mamdani has showed his ass that he is a zionist who had been repeatedly siding with "Israel" and his statements have been giving a lot of bluesky libs energy to attack any Palestinians or pro-Palestinians for being "anti-semitic"

Now it has spread to UK. The Greens 'Zionism is Racism' motion brought out all the zionists in the so-called left.
The main resistance against zionism/useful racism for imperialists, the left, is at the same time through the whole globe being called antisemitic for understanding the need to support anti colonial movements. Very interesting that the media, a communication platform known for being easily bought/being owned by billionaires is the one mainly propagating this notion!/s
Idk much about the greens there but if it is anything like here in Germany, they aren't even close to being left tho
