Bullshit. There weren't enough representatives per the constitution because a Nazi mob removed THEM, those that did not already flee.
Zelesnky won on the promise of ending the conflict through the Minsk Agreement, a popular rejection of the Banderites and a mandate for peace, then watched helplessly as the Azov Brigade refused his orders to stop shelling the Donetsk city center.
Now he's just a kapo stooge who will never outlive his usefulness to the Banderites.
