everything thinks their dating preferences are reasonable. no matter how absurd or statistically self-defeating they may be.
FWIW I've dated 100s of people, and only like 2 of them liked video games. So for me it's just not worth trying to find that because it's statistically impossible.
Some things you just have to compromise on, I also really like tall women, but statistically dating women over 5'9" eliminates 95% of women, and the average height of whom I have dated is 5'6". The amount of women 5'9" or taller I've dated is also 2, and both of them hated video games. Median height is 5'4".
So I'm not going to find anyone to date if I want a woman who is 5'10" and likes video games. They just don't exist in a statistically relevant amount.
