Yep. Seems to be a running theme over there.
If you are in a 'defensive alliance' with a bunch of countries that regularly engage in aggressive overseas invasions, ones in which you frequently if not always help and provide support. Then I'm sorry to inform you that you are in an 'offensive alliance'.
Most NATO countries have in some way helped with Trump's mindless war on Iran (I mean heck, Spain is basically famous for being the only one who won't). You have to admit there's nothing defensive about that.
Two things can be true at the same time. I know, wild concept.
"Damn, how'd our planes wind up in Libya? Well, I guess we have to defend ourselves against the ground in case it attacks. What luck that our planes just happen to be loaded up with bombs!"

Proving something is false in math literally only requires a single counter-example.

And what is especially funny is you lump everyone that disagrees with you as a tankie. Your childishness not allowing you to recognize that multiple different ideological views can lead to the same conclusion.
Libertarians and Communists can actually agree on some small things. the fact that they do doesn't make them the same.
