Do you actually have the Hasan video where this happens or just second hand edits from roach boi? The first hand source would be more credible than someone who stands to gain from this. I found this video: https://twitter.com/i/status/1976010613114757214 sorry for the twitter link. In which he shows the collar. People had to theorize which kind of shock collar it was and did not come up with an answer, claiming he taped over the prongs. But Hasan claims it vibrates and is not a shock collar. This does not seem like a dead to rights accusation but instead Twitch streamer bullshit from people who make their living off of drama and not actual work.
