I think Interstellar and Voyager are available on both android and Linux

Personally I would suggest picking different apps on each, since it's all the same backend data. A mobile focused app may not behave as nicely on desktop.

You can likely also run some of the alternative UIs as PWAs or full apps, but I haven't explored that yet
