If Oracle pops, does this affect the WBD/Paramount/Skydance deal?
deal is already done. UAE/KSA love USA too much to have backed down. Stock value of Skydance has been dropping hard, though.
we can only hope, but my guess that the deal is partially an attempt to diversify holdings away from orcl and partially an attempt to drive the narrative via the megaphone they just accepted to get a bailout and other favorable regulation.
