Accenture is a technology consulting company. Nobody needs technology consultants with AIs around, because AIs are more capable, much faster, and much cheaper than almost all consultants. Their standard hourly rates are typically in the same ballpark as AIs' highest subscription monthly rates.
Therefore, as their sales start drying up, Accenture is starting to save money wherever it can before it needs to start firing people.
