It's still a local business so why abandon that because no one there has the creative ability to make "cool" looking ads?
AI for the masses means they can "draw" stuff, even without any artistic ability.
You might mention your dislike of their using AI - and offer your artistic services instead. Shunning business because of their lack of creative ability is kind of silly... made even worse if their product is good and what you want.
