Oh god, I never even thought about it before. Cartoon Beetlejuice would be an absolute menace with the visual puns during sex
In reality, creatures with no sexual appeal have trouble finding sexual partners. I for one would not allow Beetlejuice pumpkinhead anywhere near my vagina.

As someone who does some involved costumes, you'd be surprised what turns people on. And the more specific and strange, the more turned on they get.

I wonder about that. I've seen enough people in various horror communities thirsting after every eldritch creature you can imagine.
And understandably, things people do in fantasy & pretend on the internet are things they would not actually do in real life.
In his case, the pumpkin is probably an improvement. But yeah lol
