Voting is also not a concrete plan. It is literally handing over your power to someone else that will proceed to do harm in your name. Voting is structurally a ritual of mutual agreement to respect and accept the outcomes of the vote, even if the outcome of the vote is that the people you selected direct the world's most evil military to commit the highest possible crimes humanity has ever invented. Voting is not a concrete plan and it's not a solution. It's a wish and an abdication at the same time.
