A hacker obtained personally identifiable information about more than 40,000 Homeland Security staffers, which has since been published online.

Oh dear. Well, I'm sure it'll be just fine. After all they are such great folks, there wouldn't be any reason anyone would have an AXE TO GRIND against them. Probably people will just use the information to bring them cookies, and cakes, and other nice presents. /s
