Was trying to be quick about comment, so "slander" may not have been the right word for what I meant to convey. Suppose "direct jab at Trump" is more what I meant.
To see the kind of thing I mean, first one starts at 0:19 of the video:
I'd love to pass this video off to my Aunt and old man (hard core maga folk) with a critism that the phone that Trump has endorsed is trash. But the moment the narrator says that, I know I'mma get a "tHiS iS jUsT mOaR tRuMp DeRaNgEmEnT sYnDrOmE" response.
That statement would hold up in court and is not slander.
Mkay, seems like the specific word "slander" is the hang up from you seeing what I intend to convey.
